一、材質(zhì):聚丙烯（PP）、紡織棉。
二、結(jié)構(gòu):熔噴式濾芯是聚丙烯切片經(jīng)過(guò)高溫溶化、噴射、牽引、接收成形、是取代傳統(tǒng)濾芯的新一代過(guò)濾材料。
三、特點(diǎn)：（1）過(guò)濾效率和過(guò)濾精度，濾芯孔徑密度均勻，過(guò)濾效率達(dá)99%以上。（2）過(guò)濾阻力小，流量大、納污量大、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，本品在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中纖維直徑及間隙可調(diào)，濾芯微孔內(nèi)層小外層大，增大了流量和納污量，濾芯不易阻塞，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。（3）自身潔凈度高，對(duì)水質(zhì)，耐酸耐堿和有機(jī)溶劑，腐蝕。（4）強(qiáng)度大，過(guò)濾器進(jìn)出口水壓差超過(guò)0.4Mpa時(shí)濾芯不會(huì)變形，溫度超過(guò)90℃時(shí)，過(guò)濾效率不會(huì)降低。

注意事項(xiàng)：（1）請(qǐng)根據(jù)過(guò)濾液體的精度及所含雜質(zhì)選用濾芯，粘性液體可采用二級(jí)過(guò)濾，前級(jí)粗濾，降低阻力，延長(zhǎng)濾芯使用壽命（一般為3-4倍）。（2）請(qǐng)正確安裝濾芯，如發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)濾水污染，應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查濾芯是否歪斜，兩端是否嚴(yán)格對(duì)齊、壓緊。
