灑水車水泵的拆卸方法：

1.找到放油螺絲將其旋下，打開放水閥門將水泵里的剩余液體和齒輪箱里的潤滑油排出干凈。免得灑水車水泵里的水倒出弄臟衣服。

3.拆葉輪。先旋下葉輪螺母，再拆下灑水車水泵與齒輪箱的聯(lián)接螺母，然后用M12螺栓慢慢的頂開螺孔中旋入的M12螺栓，，這時候泵體和齒輪箱同時被頂開，級葉輪自動脫出，，第二級葉輪，機械密封就和齒輪箱一起與泵體分離。

多功能灑水車是在灑水車基礎上的一款升級產品，集綠化灑水、高空作業(yè)、噴藥殺蟲、應急消防于一身的多功能車型，實現(xiàn)一車多用，又稱為綠化灑水車、多功能噴灑車、園林綠化噴灑車、園林噴藥車等名稱。具有灑水、壓塵、高、低位噴灑，農藥噴灑、高空作業(yè)、應急消防；是大型社區(qū)、工礦企業(yè)、園林綠化、城市環(huán)衛(wèi)的理想用車。 灑水車水路原理圖 　　將車開到預定位置，打開罐口蓋，使罐口對準自來水管，即可加水。 2、向罐內抽水 　　當在野外自動采水的情況下，水能通過水泵給罐內供水。其操作程序是：在出口（Ⅰ）接一膠管，通往水源，三通球閥c、b開通，關閉a。 　　關閉閥：1、2、3、4、5、7，向后拉動取力器開關使水泵開始工作，即可向罐內加水，停止工作后開關回位。 　　工作水路示意：水經(jīng)出口（Ⅰ）→c→b→濾網(wǎng)→泵→6→罐（其中1、2、3、4、5、7、a點關閉）。 3、前沖工作 　　接通三通球閥a和b，關閉c,打開閥1、2，關閉閥3、4、5、6、7，則前鴨嘴形噴水器開始工作，工作完分離離合器，向前推動取力箱操作開關，脫開取力箱。 　　工作水路示意：不經(jīng)罐底口→a→b→濾網(wǎng)→泵→1和2（其中1、2、3、4、5、7、c點關閉）。 4、后灑工作 　　接通三通球閥a和b，關閉c,打開閥3、4，關閉閥1、2、5、6、7，則后圓柱形灑水頭和蓮蓬開始工作，工作完全分離離合器，向前推動取力箱操作開關，脫開取力箱。注：前沖后灑可能同時工作。 　　工作水路示意：水經(jīng)罐底口→a→b→濾網(wǎng)→泵→3和4（其中1、2、3、5、6、7、c點關閉）。 5、高壓噴水，應急消防接通三通球閥a和b，關閉c，關閉閥1、2、3、4、5、6、7，打開閥5，向后拉動取力器操作開關，水泵開始工作，則平臺炮（水炮）工作，此時可以用于應急消防，也可以用于向公路兩國樹木噴水。 　　工作水路示意：水經(jīng)罐底口→a→b→濾網(wǎng)→泵→ 5（其中1、2、3、4、6、7、c點關閉）。 6、澆灌花木 　　在出（Ⅱ）接一水龍帶，水龍的另一端接一水槍，關閉閥3、4、5和三通球閥，利用水的重力，可自流澆灌花木。 　　工作水路示意：水經(jīng)罐底口→6→7→出口（Ⅱ）（其中關閉閥3、4、5、a點）。 7、活動泵站 　　關閉三通球閥a，接通c和b，在出（Ⅰ）接上吸水管，在出口（Ⅱ）接出水管，打開閥7，關閉閥1、2、3、4、5、6，使水泵工作，即可 　　接通三通球閥a和b，關閉c，打開閥7，在出口（Ⅱ）接出水管，關閉閥1、2、3、4、5、6，使水泵開始工作，即可將罐內水加到其它容器中。 　　工作水路示意：水經(jīng)罐底口→ a→b→濾網(wǎng)→泵→7→出口（Ⅱ）（其中1、2、3、4、6、c點關閉）

可選裝配置：可加裝灑藥盤、藥泵、罐內防腐防銹、多方位進出水接頭、電磁閥、氣動閥等設施，以滿足不同用戶需求。

駕駛室：灑水車駕駛室分為：尖頭駕駛室，或者平頭駕駛室，又稱長頭駕駛室，短頭駕駛室。

取力器：一般灑水車采用東風，解放系列取力器，氣動操作，操作開關向后拉，取力齒進入嚙位置，通過傳動軸帶動水泵工作，開關向前回位，水泵即停止工作。取力器就是在灑水車變速箱的箱體一側安裝的設備，一般的汽車變速箱都有安裝端口，安裝上的取力器可以通過變速箱的常嚙齒輪的轉動把動力傳遞出來，再通過傳動部件和控制器把動力傳遞給繳拌車的滾筒，和加壓泵
